Come visit Sweet Acres and be a part of supporting the well-being of our beloved pot-bellied pigs! We kindly request that you contact us in advance to secure a time slot that perfectly suits your needs and ours. By doing so, we aim to avoid any potential disappointment and ensure your visit to Sweet Acres is truly enjoyable.
Sanctuary Contributions
Every contribution directly funds the food, medical care, and habitat maintenance for our residents. Drop-in visits are approximately 1 hour long.
Family Drop-In Visits: Our standard contribution is $25 per family. We like to keep things simple and community-focused. To us, that means the whole crew in your car, whether it’s a couple, or two parents with four kids and a grandpa. If you’re meeting another family here in a separate car, I ask that each family contributes $25.
Our "Open Heart" Policy: Finances should never be a barrier to compassion. If you are a single parent or facing a hard season, please come anyway. I offer a sliding scale and waived fees for anyone who needs it—no questions asked.
Organized Groups & Events
Are you bringing more than 6 people, or hosting a school trip, homeschool co-op, or party? We require a private booking for these sessions to give your group exclusive access to the sanctuary.

On the Day of Your Visit
The Gate: Kindly wait for Kirsten or one of our dedicated volunteers to open the gate for you. Please close it securely behind you; our residents always think the grass is greener in the front yard!
Parking: If the driveway is full, pull through the gate and park on the grass at the back of the property (drive slowly, be mindful of children and our animals). Please don’t block others.
Safety: Closed-toe shoes are mandatory. We are not responsible for lost items, so please lock your car doors.
