Group bookings

Visits are by appointment only. To book your visit, fill out the form below.

There is something truly special about experiencing the sanctuary as a group. Whether you are a homeschool co-op, a school group, or a large family gathering, I love opening our gates to share the stories and personalities of our residents.

All group visits are private, 2-hour sessions, ensuring your group has exclusive access to the sanctuary and dedicated time with the pigs.

  • Standard bookings are for a 2-hour duration. All contributions directly fund the food, medical care, and habitat maintenance for our rescued residents.

    Private Small Group (Up to 15 guests): $150

    Private Large Group (16–25 guests): $200

    Education / NPO (Up to 25 guests): $150 (A discounted rate for schools, homeschooling groups, and registered non-profits)

    Need more time? Extended stays must be requested at the time of booking:

    • Small Group / NPO Extension: +$50 per additional hour

    • Large Group Extension: +$100 per additional hour

  • The "Handheld" Rule When calculating your group size for capacity limits:

    • Do Not Count: "Handheld" children (infants or toddlers who are being carried or remain in a stroller/carrier for the duration of the visit).

    • Do Count: Any child who is walking independently or interacting with the pigs on foot.

    Mandatory Supervision Ratios For the safety of our animals and your children, I require the following minimum adult-to-child ratios for all independent (walking) children:

    • Ages 5 and Under: 1 Adult per 5 Children

    • Ages 6 to 12: 1 Adult per 8 Children

    • Secure Your Date: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for all group bookings. Your date is held once the deposit is received via e-transfer.

    • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon arrival.

    • Rescheduling: I require 48 hours’ notice to transfer your deposit to a new date. Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the deposit.

    • Weather: We are an outdoor sanctuary. If I have to cancel due to extreme weather, you will receive a full refund or an immediate reschedule.
